One point to remember : your legal costs differ from that in the UK

Our agents will explain the full extent of the costs which you will be involved in.
The purchaser has to pay for the "frais de notaire" (sollicitor costs) and the costs of the agents (like estate agents) which can total between 10 and 15 % of the purchase price.
These are payable separately on the day of signature to purchase.
